Getting to Know the Chamber

The first step in designing a successful web site is getting to know your chamber. We want to find out what goals the chamber wants to accomplish by building a new site. We want to know what works currently for your chamber and what doesn’t and determine overall what would your chamber like to see as the end result. Its not just numbers and statistics about to your site we want to focus on – but what you envision the chambers voice to be and what goals they are trying to accomplish.

Planning & Design

Using the information gathered from phase one, we put together a plan for your web site. We bring all of our knowledge to the table to bring you the best fits for your chamber. Brainstorming, workflows, goals all outlined here with a working demo available to follow the website progress. Content begins conversion and all other web elements such as logos and images are gathered at this point.

Development & Testing

We take all of the graphic elements from the demo and use them to create the functional web site. We also take your content, plugins, modules and include them here. This entire time, you will continue to be able to view your site in the working demo and make suggestions of additional changes or corrections you would like to have done.

Pre-Launch Check In

Are we on track? How are we doing so far? Do all the links work? We will go over the code and test to make sure it works one more time. We take a second and see if we are all rowing in the same direction towards the goal. If we need to make adjustments, here is the place.

Launch

Once we receive your final approval, it is time to deliver the site. Here we quickly test again to make sure that all files have been uploaded correctly, and that the site continues to be fully functional. This marks the official launch of your site, as it is now viewable to the public.

Post-Launch Check In

We check-in with your chamber and answer any questions you may have about your new website.
